These are the most frequently asked questions about ordering, shipping, returns, warranty, installation and maintenance.

Online Orders

We accept all major credit cards online via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay with a credit card by declining to sign up for PayPal. Online orders are limited to $4,000 for non-PayPal users. You do not need to use your PayPal balance to pay for your purchase.

Phone Orders

If you prefer to order over the phone please call (412) 523-6047 during normal business hours. We accept all major credit cards over the phone. There’s no limit or PayPal registration required.

Shipping

Small Orders

Our 4 foot T8 LED bulbs are shipped from our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office in boxes of 25 bulbs. Each box is carefully packed and padded to protect the bulbs during shipment. FedEx provides insured shipping to your office.

Large Orders

For orders over 10 boxes (250 bulbs) please call our office at (412) 523-6047 for alternative shipping options including pallets and commercial delivery.

Returns

Before returning your items please call (412) 523-6047 and we will be happy to assist you with your return.

Warranty

Our T8 bulbs have a 3-year limited warranty. To file a warranty claim please call our office at (412) 523-6047.

Installation

T8 LEDs install in seconds. Simply remove the old tube and insert the new tube. They even work if you’ve already started to remove/replace the ballast.

Maintenance

T8 LEDs do not require any additional maintenance compared to fluorescent bulbs and incandescent lights. Your T8 LEDs will continue to work even if the ballast goes bad.
